Job summary

WebstaurantStore Food Service Equipment and Supply Company is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager in Lebanon, TN to oversee receiving and inventory in our distribution center. You will lead front-line managers and hourly associates, driving performance against KPIs and ensuring efficient operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will mentor up to 12 leaders, coordinate with the DC leadership team, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations of a large e-commerce distribution center across multiple teams and shifts.
• Lead front-line managers, provide direction, training and accountability.
• Monitor metrics and drive improvements in receiving and inventory control processes.
• Lead meetings, communicate policies and initiatives, and address employee relations issues.
• Develop and coach up to 12 members of leadership to build a strong leadership bench.
