Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations and ensure a smooth, guest-focused shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with finding products, and help keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked.

The role requires a willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 44 pounds. Training is provided, with benefits information available online.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability for GM categories and assist as needed with safety and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up duties.
