Job summary

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in an office environment are required.
• Experience with trucking/scheduling and knowledge of DOT hazardous waste regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound transportation schedules for truckload and less-than-truckload waste shipments.
• Negotiate transportation rates with carriers to support cost-effective operations.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely transportation services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling, transportation, and service-related issues.
• Maintain transportation records and scheduling data with high accuracy.
• Support compliance with applicable transportation and hazardous waste regulations.
