Job summary

Arcwood Environmental in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Waste Scheduler to coordinate waste pickup scheduling requests from customers, the Customer Experience team, and Arcwood personnel nationwide. You will serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Logistics to ensure timely service and clear communication for scheduling needs and waste collection operations.

This full‑time onsite role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 2+ years in customer experience or office

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field preferred.
2+ years of relevant customer experience, project management or office experience required.
Previous experience in environmental waste or related technical area preferred.

Responsibilities

Receives and coordinates waste pickup scheduling requests from customers, Customer Experience team, and Arcwood personnel nationwide.
Liaises between Sales, Operations and Logistics to ensure efficient coordination and timely service.
Enter scheduling orders accurately into the computer system to meet customer needs promptly.
Coordinate shipments of waste to Arcwood facilities and third‑party disposal sites.
Communicate scheduling details to customers via phone and email and confirm pickup dates.
Resolve issues related to transportation, scheduling and logistics with customers and internal teams.
