Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or vendor management.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to coach external partners.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and databases.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with shippers and internal teams.
• Experience or knowledge in logistics, transportation, sales, supply chain, or intermodal operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and present transportation and shipper performance data daily.
• Overcome disruptions in real time to keep freight moving origin to destination.
• Identify root causes of defects and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and documentation for shippers, including metrics and issue tracking.
• Lead weekly calls with shippers to review performance and improvement plans.
• Lead Daily Business Review stand-up calls to share updates and coordinate actions.
• Manage a portfolio of vendors receiving purchase orders to move goods through inbound collect program.
• Ensure vendors experience minimal issues moving freight to Amazon facilities.
• Use multiple systems, databases, and Excel to analyze data and support decisions.
• Build relationships with shippers and internal partners with clear communication.
• Manage disruptions by identifying lowest-cost, effective solutions.
• Demonstrate ownership by identifying risks and driving results.
