Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union in Fairfax, VA seeks a Contact Center Engagement Advisor I/II (Inbound) to assist members with loan applications and inquiries via phone and email. Under supervision, you will set up loans, process applications, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, credit-union environment.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales targets, and leveraging Apple products to meet members' financial needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years financial institution and/or call center experience preferred.
• Previous lending, or member/customer service experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and emails from members applying for loans or with loan questions.
• Act as trusted lending advisor and strive to close sales of lending products.
• Process loan applications and set up new loans, products, and services.
• Explain documentation and procedures to members and follow up as needed.
• Prepare MS Excel reports summarizing leads and applications for management.
