Job summary

Confie, including brands such as Freeway and Baja, is hiring an Insurance Agent in Beaumont, TX to sell nonstandard auto insurance and service existing customers. You will work with a high-volume inbound flow, no cold calling, and receive thorough paid training with ongoing mentoring.

The role offers a $12–$18/hour pay range with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000, plus generous benefits, 401K, and career growth opportunities in a large national insurer network.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with documented agency records.
• Educate and advise customers on products best fitting their needs.
