Job summary

Confie, including Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and others, seeks an Insurance Agent in a fast-paced, high-traffic office. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance and may expand into homeowners or health products as you grow.

You will handle inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and strong follow-up to meet sales goals, with a competitive pay plan, benefits, and ongoing training. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred; can be a strong plus if fluent.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers.
• Build relationships, understand needs, and offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure accuracy by maintaining records of transactions and documentation in the agency system.
• Be a trusted advisor, guiding clients to the right insurance products.
