Job summary

Confie and its family of companies — Freeway, Baja, Bluefire & others — is seeking an Insurance Agent in Chandler, AZ to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This full-time role offers inbound leads, no cold calling, comprehensive paid training, and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000.

You will work with performance-based incentives, a strong training program, and a supportive environment focused on career growth within a large insurance brokerage network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels in order to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs.
