Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and follow up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet goals.
• Build relationships with clients to grow production and referrals.
• Accurately document transactions in agency management system.
