We are hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto coverage to new and existing customers. Expect inbound leads, generous commissions, paid training, and a supportive mentorship culture, with growth opportunities across our network.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately record currency transactions and deposits in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
