Private Collection is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to serve as the central hub for inbound lead systems in a boutique real estate setting. You will ensure no opportunity is missed, engage with buyers and sellers, and support our agent team with timely, professional communication.

The role emphasizes CRM accuracy, proactive follow-up, and data-driven reporting to help agents walk into qualified appointments and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

• Real estate experience is a plus.
• CRM experience (Follow Up Boss preferred).
• Customer service or inside sales experience.
• Comfortable learning multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zillow leads, Follow Up Boss CRM, and RealScout buyer engagement.
• Perform text and email follow-up to keep leads engaged.
• Maintain CRM organization and data accuracy.
• Produce weekly reporting and lead analytics.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, past clients, and our agent team.
• Support vendors as needed and help opportunities move to appointments.
