Job summary

SalonCentric in Manchester, NH seeks a Receiving Clerk to drive inbound accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations. You will ensure ERP receipts align with SAP and Manhattan, and promptly flag discrepancies to the Inbound Supervisor and supply chain team.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and solid Excel proficiency. Warehouse experience is preferred, with ability to read policies and collaborate with stakeholders to improve inventory flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP / Manhattan is a plus.
• Experience with spreadsheet or database software such as Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physical inventory matches what is in the system (SAP and Manhattan).
• Analyze damages, shortages, and overages and ensure accuracy.
• Communicate discrepancies to outside supply chain personnel.
• Use SCI reports and Manhattan to verify ASN's for inbound receipts.
