Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Receiving Clerk to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth inbound flow. You will verify receipts in SAP and Manhattan, analyze discrepancies, and communicate with the inbound team and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvements.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. On-site position with standard warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or Manhattan is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physical inventory matches system (SAP and Manhattan).
• Analyze damages, shortages, and overages for accuracy.
• Communicate discrepancies to stakeholders and vendors.
• Verify ASN's using SCI reports and Manhattan for inbound receipts.
• Collaborate with Inbound team to improve flow and processes.
• Troubleshoot inbound ASN issues and inform Inbound Manager and others.
