Job summary

Confie and its family of companies are hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will solicit new business, grow relationships, and manage deposits with the agency system.

Training and licensing are provided, with a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions. The role requires strong communication, follow-up and multi-tasking skills, with inbound leads and walk-in traffic as primary sources.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation.
