The position is hybrid (50% in-office after training, which is conducted fully in-office). A home workspace is required for remote days. Salary is fixed; no visa sponsorship is offered.

Qualifications

• P&C license strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years relevant work experience OR two years post-secondary education.
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.

Responsibilities

• Sell new insurance policies through inbound calls—no cold calling.
• Guide customers through coverage options and recommend solutions.
• Explain products and policy details clearly.
• Provide outstanding service and resolve policy questions.
• Manage a high volume of calls with accuracy.
• Document interactions and update policy information in systems.
• Support customers through quoting, purchase, and policy service.
• Maintain compliance with procedures, licensing and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge.
