Qualifications

The Insurance Agent at Milepost Insurance Agency LLC delivers exceptional customer experiences by helping prospective and current policyholders navigate their insurance needs. This role is responsible for selling new policies through inbound calls, assisting customers with coverage questions, explaining insurance options in a clear and understandable way, and providing ongoing support throughout the customer journey. The Insurance Agent works in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and contributes to a collaborative, team-focused culture centered on trust, service, and customer success. This position is based in Omaha, NE, with a hybrid work structure following training (50% in-office, including designated team days). Training is conducted 100% in-office. A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace is required for remote work days. This position is salaried (no commission) and is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.

What are we looking for?

• Property & Casualty license strongly preferred.
• A minimum of two years relevant work experience OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education.
• Solid computer and multi-tasking skills.
