Job summary

Target is hiring for an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations at our store. You will sort, stock, and present merchandise on the sales floor, while enabling accurate pricing and in-stock levels for GM categories.

The role requires interacting with guests and teammates, using scanners and technology, and upholding safety and compliance standards. The position offers a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and

Responsibilities

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items per laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of safety and compliance.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up, maintaining compliance with laws.
