Job summary

Target in New York seeks an Inbound Expert to support GM operations and guest service. You will sort, stock, and organize merchandise, while assisting guests and team members to deliver a fast, friendly shopping experience.

This role involves physical tasks, operating scanners, and working a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and technology as directed.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize merchandise efficiently on the sales floor.
• Stock and straighten GM items; maintain product availability.
• Operate equipment for unloading freight as needed.
• Ensure safety, compliance and ethical conduct at all times.
• Support guest services including back-up cashier and pickup Drive Up tasks.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
