Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support the import and logistics manager in coordinating shipping, receiving, and records. The role involves communicating inbound freight rates, reconciling quotes with carrier invoices, and monitoring compliance across vendors.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Accounts Payable, Finance, and Warehouse teams to keep shipments on track, while optimizing costs and ensuring timely order processing.

Responsibilities

• Review import documentation to verify compliance with regulations.
• Identify invoicing errors and escalate cost-savings opportunities or disputes.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Finance, Manufacturing, and 3rd Party Logistics Services.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely booking and receipt of shipments.
• Track inbound purchase orders and provide volume projections for cash flow and labor planning.
• Act as liaison between warehouses and vendors for non-compliance, inventory discrepancies, and tasks.
• Support freight revenue targets and contribute to maintaining SOPs.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
• Follow all legal policies as directed.
