Responsibilities

• Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments with documentation accuracy, routing, and carrier scheduling.
• Analyzes logistics data (costs, lead times, inventory) to support decisions.
• Identifies trends in logistics data to support demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.
• Tracks shipments and resolves delays, discrepancies, or carrier issues.
• Communicates daily with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to align delivery schedules and priorities.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify logistics improvements and support implementation.
• Supports freight claims, carrier performance reviews, and compliance activities.
• Coordinates expedited shipments to support critical production needs.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives for logistics efficiency, cost reduction, and reliability.
• Develops and maintains logistics KPIs to monitor performance.
• Provides support for logistics-related projects and initiatives.

This role serves as a key liaison between carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and on time delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy of documentation, routing, and carrier scheduling.
• Collects and analyzes logistics data such as transportation costs, lead times, and inventory levels to support operational decision making.
• Identifies trends and patterns in logistics data to support demand forecasting and optimize overall supply chain performance.

Education & Experience Requirements
