Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc is seeking a Logistics Specialist to provide analytical and operational support for all shipping responsibilities, coordinate carrier quotes, evaluate options, and ensure on-time delivery from the facility to customers and end points.

You will analyze freight data, maintain records, collaborate with Production, Warehouse and Purchasing, and help implement shipping processes while supporting continuous improvement and actionable metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Understanding of logistics, transportation, and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine efficient shipping methods based on time, cost, and carrier performance.
• Coordinate quotes and evaluate options for domestic and international shipments.
• Maintain outbound shipment records and related documentation.
• Analyze data and produce reports and metrics.
