Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to deliver an easy, inspiring guest experience in our General Merchandise team. You will greet guests, help locate products, support cashiers, stock merchandise, and ensure shelf availability while maintaining safety and compliance.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times; 18+ age requirement; ability to lift up to 44 pounds; training provided; familiarity with handheld scanners and store tech is expected.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories
