Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support a guest-first culture on the General Merchandise floor. You will greet guests, assist with locating items, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will also help with stocking, price signing, and merchandise organization while maintaining safety and compliance standards. This role offers training and the chance to grow within a dynamic team at Target.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and use scanners as directed.
• Work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience with welcoming greetings at multiple distances.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and keep sales floor merchandise available.
• Operate equipment as needed and handle items safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
