Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a dispatcher to coordinate driver routes for U.S. domestic shipments, ensuring DOT compliance and following internal policies. The role involves proactive communication with drivers, maintaining shipment records and paperwork, and assisting with freight handling as needed.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years of related experience, and forklift certification, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; at least 3 years of related experience.
• Forklift Certification required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry and basic math for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipment pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure DOT regulatory and internal policy compliance.
• Notify drivers of assignments and maintain shipment data in the system.
• Submit required paperwork to Import personnel in a timely manner.
• Assist with handling and labeling of freight and verification of cargo.
