Job summary

Uloop Inc. is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Miami, FL. The role focuses on coordinating trucking routes, schedules, and driver communication to ensure efficient freight delivery.

You will manage daily transportation operations, prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain DOT files, while liaising with management to resolve issues and optimize routes. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years trucking dispatch or related experience.
• Fluency in English & Spanish (both verbal and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule trucking routes, assign drivers, and select efficient routes.
• Schedule and coordinate third party trucks and freight between areas and cities.
• Manage daily transportation operations to ensure on-time freight delivery.
• Communicate with drivers to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
• Generate and maintain daily dispatch reports, tickets, permits, DOT files, and fuel reports.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and ensure timely delivery while communicating with management.

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the duties below which contribute to the overall success of the department.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and scheduling of long haul or local trucking, assigning drivers, creating and selecting most efficient routes.
• Schedule and coordinate third party trucks and freight between assigned areas and cities.
• Manage daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient freight delivery.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to coordinate schedules and resolve issues that may arise.
• Generate and maintain reporting, including daily dispatch reports, daily ticket management, required permits, DOT files, and fuel reports.
• Knowledge working with Federal Laws and regulations.
• Coordinate transportation logistics, ensuring timely delivery of freight, and maintaining efficient communication between drivers and management.

Requirements

• Must have 1-2 years of previous trucking dispatch or related experience.
• Fluency in English & Spanish both verbal and written required.
• Microsoft Office Word and Excel preferred.
• Previous experience in transportation logistics or related field.
