Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in logistics, international trade, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customs coordination or trade compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and customs platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage inbound customs clearance activities.
• Prepare and review import documents such as invoices, packing lists, and licenses.
• Serve as main contact with brokers, forwarders, and authorities.
• Ensure timely clearance to avoid delays and extra costs.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and customs systems.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting as required.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
• Verify duties, taxes, and import charges; assist invoice resolution.
• Identify process improvements for inbound customs workflows.
