Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and transpose invoice and shipment data into internal systems.
• Monitor communications and respond to requests promptly.
• Track missing documents and maintain complete files.
• Generate billing and invoicing for customs entries.
• Provide receptionist backup and assist clients as needed.
• Support customs analyst team with data handling.
