Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customs coordination or trade compliance.
• Basic knowledge of customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customs clearance activities for inbound materials and goods.
• Prepare, review, and maintain import and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, declarations).
• Act as primary contact with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and authorities for inbound shipments.
• Ensure timely clearance to avoid delays and extra costs.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve customs or documentation issues.
• Maintain records of customs documentation in ERP or customs systems.
