Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative for our Sleep Central Inbound Call Center in Murray. This role involves assisting Sleep Therapy patients with CPAP resupply, ensuring accurate order intake, verifying patient details, and providing basic sleep coaching and equipment maintenance guidance. You will be the first contact for CPAP resupply customers.

Compensation and Schedule

Starting at $15.50 per hour plus a monthly bonus potential, with unlimited earning opportunities. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm. After successful in-office training and meeting performance expectations, this position offers work-from-home flexibility with management approval.

Essential Duties
  • Advocate for patients, resolving questions or concerns
  • Collect and input patient data into our system
  • Verify products and services details
  • Stay informed on current healthcare regulations and company offerings
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Make outbound calls to gather patient information
  • Manage initial patient intake and related paperwork
  • Process tickets for timely order fulfillment
  • Ensure attendance and punctuality
  • Provide basic technical support for CPAP equipment
  • Educate patients and staff on CPAP supplies
  • Utilize proprietary systems for data accuracy and quality control
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Background check and drug screening
  • Basic computer, internet skills, and typing proficiency
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record (if applicable)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related experience, preferably in healthcare or customer service
  • Knowledge of medical billing, billing reimbursement, and insurance policies (preferred)
  • Understanding of DME/HME and medical terminology
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and solve problems independently
Physical and Technical Requirements
  • Lift at least 10 lbs
  • Close vision for reading small print
  • Sitting, standing, walking, talking, listening
  • Proficiency with email, internet, and Microsoft Office applications
