The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive to help drive our growth in cybersecurity. You’ll be responsible for developing and closing new logo sales opportunities focused on small to mid-sized organizations. This is a full-cycle role focused on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and consistent quota achievement.

You’ll report directly to the Senior Director of SMB Sales and play a key role in shaping how we take this new line of business to market.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Prospect into your territory using a mix of outbound campaigns, SDR leads, and referrals.
  • Run full-cycle sales motions from initial outreach to signed contract.
  • Conduct needs-based discovery and clearly position Agility’s cybersecurity solutions based on customer risk, compliance, and operational goals.
  • Partner with SDRs, marketing, and internal subject matter experts to refine messaging and win strategies.
  • Accurately maintain Salesforce records and provide regular deal forecasts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quota targets.

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting new logo quota.
  • Skilled in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Ability to run a consultative sales process—asking the right questions, uncovering pain, and aligning solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence across phone, email, and video.
  • Familiarity with sales tech stack tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft.
  • A bias for action, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to win.
