Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage customer relations for assigned leads.
  • Prospect within client companies to maximize account penetration.
  • Create opportunities for new client business.
  • Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email regarding orders and shipping information.
  • Research products, provide recommendations, and offer virtual and physical samples.
  • Work with clients using company stores for merchandise flexibility.
  • Prepare quotes for customer orders.
  • Receive client artwork and coordinate with designers.
  • Enter sales orders using Salesforce.
  • Coordinate client review and approval of proofs.
  • Coordinate sales orders with Account Coordinators.
  • Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows.
  • Perform other selling duties as required by business needs.
Required Experience:
  • 5 years of promotional product sales experience.
  • Minimum annual quota of $400K.
  • Experience in prospecting within client accounts and seeking new business.
  • Business Development, Lead Generation, or Account Management experience.
  • Knowledge of SF and company store systems is a plus.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Above-average 10-key and typing skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Technical Requirements:
  • Minimum of an i3 processor, 8GB RAM, and own device (not shared).
  • Minimum wired internet speed of 30 Mbps.
  • Quiet, conducive WFH setup.
Operations:
  • Remote work, Monday-Friday, fixed weekends off.
  • US time zone coverage (CST or EST).
  • 40 hours per week.
Compensation:

Base hourly rate plus unlimited commissions and quarterly bonuses/incentives.
