Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a call center environment.
• Typing skills 60+ WPM.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills - Bi-lingual is a plus!
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls to resolve customer questions.
• Data entry including order information.
• Special projects as assigned.
