Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
• Route calls to appropriate resources.
• Document all call information according to SOP.
• Enter accurate ordering information into the system.
• Support billing and invoicing processes.
• Triaged customer inquiries and referred to Tier 2 when needed.
