Job Overview

As a Remote Consumer Advocate with ASI/GE Appliances, you will resolve escalated customer service issues, creating an outstanding quality service experience for GE Appliance consumers. You will advocate with internal departments to find reasonable and satisfactory resolutions, positively impacting the owner's experience and starting an exciting career.

Responsibilities

1. Resolve escalated customer concerns using multiple programs and applications.
2. Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to resolve appliance-related issues.
3. Negotiate and implement concessions in the best interest of customers and GE Appliances.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve consumer issues.
5. Gather information, surface concerns with suggested resolutions, and complete consumer reviews.
6. Meet work schedule demands with integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1-year call-center experience
• At least 2-years escalated customer service experience
• Effective communication skills in English
• Moderate to advanced computer skills
• Experience working from home is preferred
