Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Agent – Consumer Relations (Remote)

As a Remote Consumer Advocate with ASI/GE Appliances, your role will involve resolving escalated customer service issues, advocating internally for satisfactory resolutions, and creating an outstanding service experience for GE Appliance consumers. This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to positively impact customer experiences and start an exciting career.
Initially, you will undergo a 10-week full-time training program from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (CST). Post-training, your shift will be 8 hours within the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday.
