Job summary

Global Charter Services, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answer inbound calls, identify needs, and convert inquiries into quotes and booked trips.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will learn to generate quotes, input data into Zoho CRM and the Buster platform, and collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to hit sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or sales
• Experience in transportation/travel/hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and gather trip details
• Identify sales opportunities and input data into Zoho CRM and Buster
• Prepare quotes and convert into bookings
• Build customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support sales processes
• Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain CRM data quality
• Support National Account Executives in quote-to-close and assist in quality control
