TEKsystems is hiring Member Service Representatives to support a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. This is a great opportunity for candidates with customer service, call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or account support experience looking to grow their career in financial services.

Candidates must sit within 60 Miles of Winchester, VA to be eligible for this opportunity

Pay:

• $21.50/hour
• Paid Training
• Start Date: October 19th, 2026

Schedule Availability:

Candidates must be available for one of the following schedules:

• Monday–Saturday (with Sundays off)

OR

• Sunday–Friday (with Saturdays off)

Specific shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist members with account-related questions and requests
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Research and resolve account issues
• Educate members on available products and services

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
