Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a dependable Banking Customer Service Representative for onsite work in Charlotte, NC. You will handle inbound calls, assist with deposit accounts, debit/credit cards, and general account maintenance, while protecting sensitive financial information and delivering friendly, accurate service.

The role starts at $18.00 per hour with potential up to $3.00 per hour in performance bonuses after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of continuous customer service with one employer.
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy or higher.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC for 40 hours per week.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding deposit accounts, cards, balances, and transactions.
• Troubleshoot declines, lost or stolen cards, and account access issues.
• Provide accurate information with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Aim for first-call resolution and build trust with customers.
• Authenticate customers and protect confidential information per regulations.
• Document interactions and account activity accurately.
• Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently.
• Meet quality, attendance, productivity, and CSAT targets.
