VXI Global Solutions is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative (Banking) to join our onsite Banking Customer Service team in Charlotte, NC. You will handle inquiries about deposit accounts, cards, and general account maintenance, delivering friendly, accurate, and secure service.

This full-time role starts at $18.00 per hour with potential to earn up to $3.00 more per hour through bonus programs after training; the schedule is 40 hours per week, with paid training lasting 12 weeks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous customer service experience with one employer.
• At least 6 months of contact center/BPO experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls about deposits, cards, and balances.
• Resolve customer questions with empathy and accuracy.
