VXI Global Solutions is seeking an Onsite Customer Service Representative (Banking) in Charlotte, NC. You will be the first point of contact for customers handling deposits, cards, and account inquiries with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

The role requires handling inbound calls, maintaining data integrity, and adhering to banking regulations. Training lasts 12 weeks with a full-time schedule, and benefits reflect a performance-driven contact center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous customer service experience with one employer.
• Preferred 6+ months of contact center/BPO experience.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM with at least 85% accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls regarding deposits, cards, balances, and transactions.
• Troubleshoot concerns including declined transactions and card issues.
• Provide accurate information with professionalism and empathy.
• Strive for first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Authenticate customers and protect information per PCI and security policies.
• Document interactions and account activity accurately.
• Navigate multiple applications while staying efficient.
• Meet quality, attendance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
