Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English.
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Knowledge of basic banking products.
• Ability to operate multiple computer systems.
• Basic understanding of privacy regulations and customer authentication.
• Willingness to learn and pass assessments/training certificates.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service center calls and resolve customer inquiries.
• Access multiple systems to provide information and cross-sell appropriate products.
• Participate in classroom training, self-paced online learning and department communications.
• Maintain performance by meeting call quality, talk time and incentive targets.
