Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Higher Education Administration, Education, Management, or equivalent).
• 6+ years in a higher education setting with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Direct experience supervising a high-functioning team.
• Experience managing a major/complex project with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build the program from the ground up by establishing strategy, infrastructure, partnerships, and student experiences.
• Collaborate with Purdue colleagues and Indianapolis healthcare partners to implement the initiative.
• Create transformational experiences connecting undergraduates with research, clinical, and leadership opportunities.
• Position Purdue to attract competitive applicants to health professions programs.
• Oversee cross-campus collaboration with West Lafayette to advance university-wide initiatives.
