Qualifications

• Mid-career physician with 5+ years of experience in leadership roles.
• Board-certified with Fellowship; medical license in Indiana or eligible.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary medical team and partner with administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and strategic planning for multiple specialties.
• Develop workforce and ensure quality, education, and research alignment.
• Collaborate with Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive.
• Foster educational activities in partnership with the IU School of Medicine.
