S Knights Recruitment is seeking an In-Work Support Officer to help individuals sustain employment across West Yorkshire. You will provide practical guidance, coaching and ongoing support to people who have moved into work, helping them settle, overcome barriers and progress in their careers.

The role requires strong coaching and communication skills, the ability to build trusted relationships with participants and employers, and a proactive, organised approach to supporting multiple cases

Qualificações

• Experience as a Progress Coach, Employment Coach, Employability Adviser or In-Work Support Officer or similar role.
• Experience supporting individuals into or within employment.
• Strong understanding of challenges people face when starting or sustaining employment.
• Confident providing coaching, mentoring, advice and practical support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with participants and employers.
• Able to motivate individuals and build their confidence through periods of challenge or change.
• Well organized, proactive and able to manage multiple participants and priorities.
• Experience within employability, welfare-to-work, skills, recruitment or employment support would be beneficial.

• Maintain accurate records of participant engagement, progress and support activity.
• Support individuals to sustain employment and make positive progression towards their longer-term goals.

The Opportunity
