Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or High School degree required; 2-year Vet Technology, 4-year Science degree with 1+ year experience preferred.
• Experience with cancer models (xenografts or syngeneic) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with in vivo rodent procedures across IP/PO/IV/SC, blood collection.
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and stay organized.
• Meticulous lab practices and accurate notebook documentation.
• Familiarity with animal research regulations and humane use guidelines.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, capable of working independently and in a team.
• Motivated with urgency and flexibility; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in vivo procedures (dosing routes, measurements, tissue harvests, necropsy) while following SOPs and regulations.
• Assist in in vivo pharmacology pre-study activities and related ex vivo tasks.
• Manage multiple assignments/projects while ensuring data quality and timelines.
• Maintain a safe lab environment and adhere to safety regulations in BSL-1/2.
