Expected to work hands-on in the lab, apply molecular biology and flow cytometry skills, and communicate results within multidisciplinary project teams while adhering to animal protocols and meticulous documentation.

Qualifikationen

• BS/MS in biological sciences with 2+ years in pharma/biotech industry
• BS/MS in biological sciences with 4+ years in pharma/biotech industry
• Experience with CDX/PDX xenograft or syngeneic models
• Experience with cell culture, animal handling and dosing
• Experience with PCR, ELISA, western blot and flow cytometry
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills

Aufgaben

• Hands-on execution of pre-clinical in vivo studies to test hypotheses
• Develop in vivo CDX, PDX and syngeneic models to evaluate activity and PK/PD
• Work independently and with pharmacology colleagues to run studies
• Critically analyze and present results within a multidisciplinary team
• Adhere to animal protocols and document data in elektron lab notebook
