Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Scientist in In Vivo Pharmacology to support oncology and immunology discovery programs in Cambridge, MA. You will design, execute, analyze, and interpret preclinical in vivo studies to advance candidates from target validation to selection.

The role requires strong pharmacology, immunology, or oncology background, plus expertise in in vivo models, rodent handling, and IVIS imaging. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (or higher) required.
• Master’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred; PhD highly desirable.
• PhD or equivalent advanced degree in Life Sciences required or preferred depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Design and interpret in vivo studies in cancer and immune-related models.
• Perform and oversee in vivo studies including dosing, disease induction, and sample collection.
• Develop strategies to evaluate pharmacodynamics, efficacy, and mechanism-of-action.
