Job summary

atida bio is seeking an in vivo scientist to design and execute tumor efficacy studies for our ADC pipeline. You will run xenograft and PK/PD studies, with focus on DRF and dose-fractionation to define dosing strategies.

The role is vivarium-based; you will manage tumor implantation, dosing, monitoring, and terminal sample collection, collaborating with program leads and DMPK to ensure clear study readouts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with rodent oncology models in biotech, pharma or CRO.
• Experience designing and running in vivo efficacy, PK/PD and dose-range-finding studies.
• Proficient in rodent handling, dosing routes, tumor measurement and sample collection.
• Strong data entry, analysis and record-keeping skills; commitment to animal welfare.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in vivo efficacy, PK/PD and dose-range-finding studies in rodent models.
• Administer test articles via IV, IP and SC with precise dosing and records.
• Collect in-life data, monitor animal health, and escalate observations promptly.
• Perform terminal procedures and collect blood/tissue for PK/PD and biomarkers.
