Job summary

Virginia Tech's HokieVision team is seeking an Associate Director / In-Venue Experience to lead in-venue videoboard shows and run the control room at home events.

You will collaborate with the Athletics leadership to plan department initiatives and serve as the department representative for select sport squads, reporting to the Assistant AD of In-Venue Experience. A degree plus experience and live production skills are required, with nights/weekends expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with significant experience, or a master's degree.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting and be self-motivated.
• Professional live game control room production experience.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Flexibility to work outside of typical business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Planning and creating in-venue videoboard shows.
• Working in the control room to execute videoboard shows.
• Collaborating with Athletics leadership to plan department initiatives.
• Acting as the department representative in select sport squads.
• Reporting to the Assistant AD of In-Venue Experience.
